- Willy Jay's does not offer refunds.
- Clothing is eligible to be returned for store credit only and must be postmarked within 14 days of it's delivery to the purchaser.
- If 14 days have gone since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you store credit.
- To be eligible for a return, clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all tags attached.
- Clothing eligible for store credit may be returned in person or mailed to Willy Jay's, 343 King Street, Charleston, SC 29401.
- Please include the Sales Receipt enclosed in your shipment in order to avoid delays, refusal, or loss of your return.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email within 7 days of our receipt to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
- If your return is not in accordance with our return policy, your store credit will be rejected and you are responsible for the cost of shipment if you would like the item to be returned to you.
- If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed and we will provide instructions on redeeming your store credit.
- Store Credit never expires.
- You may use your store credit online or our 343 King Street location.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- When returning merchandise, we recommend using the free shipping label provided on the link below as we are not responsible for items lost in transit to the store using different shipping services.
Damages or Incorrect Orders
- If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All claims must be e-mailed to us within 14 days of your receipt.
- If you would like to exchange your purchase for another size or style, please e-mail us at email@example.com as soon as possible within the 14 day return policy as we cannot guarantee the merchandise will be still be in stock upon receipt of your return.
