Can I use a gift card that was purchased in store online?
Yes. Please e-mail the gift card number on the back of your gift card to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a code to use at checkout.
Can I use a store credit that was issued in store online?
Yes. Please e-mail the customer name your store credit was issued under to email@example.com to receive a code to use at checkout.
Can I return merchandise purchased online to your King Street store?
Yes, as long as the merchandise is in full accordance of our return policy. Our full return policy is available HERE.
Is the inventory on your website your full inventory?
We only add a fraction of our in store inventory to our website due to our quick inventory turnover. We encourage and invite you to visit us at 343 King Street in Historic Downtown Charleston for the full Willy Jay's experience.
Can I pick up something I bought online in the store instead of shipping it?
Absolutely! At check out you will be prompted to choose "Shipping" or "Store Pickup." By choosing "Store Pickup" you can choose a time slot at least 24 hours after your purchase to pick up your purchases in store instead of paying for shipping.
How long after placing an order can I expect my item to be delivered?
We will ensure that your order is in stock within one business day of you placing your order. If your order is placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will be shipped Monday morning, unless you have e-mailed us to make other arrangements. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your package is received by the carrier you specified at checkout.
